JAIIB Exam 2024

The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) will initiate the registration process for the JAIIB October Exam 2024 on its official website at https://www.iibf.org.in. Eligible candidates who are interested can register for the JAIIB Exam and submit their JAIIB Application Form before the Last date of 26th August 2024. After applying for this course, candidates must download their application form and keep it safe until the process concludes. The JAIIB Exam Date 2024 has also been released by the IIBF. The exam will take place on 20th, 26th, 27th October, and 9th November, 2024.

JAIIB Exam 2024 Registration Date

For the JAIIB October 2024 cycle, the registration process date is out. The registration will start on 6th August and end on 26th August. The exams are scheduled in October and November of 2024.

The IIBF has also released the exam dates for the October 2024 cycle in advance. The exam will take place on 20th, 26th, 27th October, and 9th November, 2024.

JAIIB Exam 2024 Syllabus

The candidates are tested for four subjects in the exams. These are

  1. Indian Economy and Indian Financial System
  2. Principles and Practices of Banking
  3. Accounting and Finance for Bankers
  4. Retail Banking and Wealth Management

This is the updated exam pattern for JAIIB 2024. Candidates taking the JAIIB exam 2024 must study extensively because the IIBF has set a large syllabus for the exam. The institute has developed its own courseware for JAIIB exam candidates.

What will i learn?

Requirements

  • Only those applicants who are already employed in the banking and finance industry are eligible to apply for the JAIIB exam.
  • The candidates who wish to apply for the exam must have qualified 12th exam or any other exam of equivalent status.
  • At the institute’s discretion, students, not having cleared the 10+2 exams may be allowed to sit for the JAIIB Exam. In such cases, the candidates must obtain permission from the manager or officer in charge of the bank.
  • Members of the Institute who are subordinate staff of recognized banking or financial institutions in India are eligible for the examination if they have passed the 12th standard examination or its equivalent.
  • Candidates must be employed in the banking and financial services industry, and their employers must be members of the Institute.

A candidate who wishes to appear for the JAIIB exam must be registered as an ordinary member of the IIBF, He/She must have passed their 10+2 Boards or any other equivalent exams and must be working in any Bank or financial institute.

The exam fee for the first attempt is Rs.4000 and for each successive attempt thereafter it is Rs.1300.

Yes, any employee working in either public or private sector bank is eligible to appear for JAIIB provided they must be registered as an ordinary member of the IIBF and have passed their 10+2 Board exam or any other equivalent exam.

There are four papers in the JAIIB exam which are Indian Economy and Indian Financial System, Principles and Practices of Banking, Accounting and Finance for Bankers, and Retail Banking and Wealth Management.

Due to the scheduling conflicts arising from the forthcoming national elections, adjustments have been made to the examination timetable for JAIIB 2024. As a result, the previously set dates have been revised, and the updated schedule now designates the examination to be conducted on the 20th, 26th, 27th October, and 9th November, 2024.
